Group and corporate outings in Tampa Bay
A team day that's actually a good day takes a boat with the right capacity, a plan for the weather and someone who's done it before. Tell us the headcount, the budget and the date, and you get a plan with one price and one point of contact.
Good for
- Team offsites and quarterly outings
- Client entertainment during a conference at the convention center
- Family reunions with a wide range of ages
- Bachelor and bachelorette weekends
- Sports teams, clubs and alumni groups
- Wedding-weekend activities for out-of-town guests
Outings we plan
Private group cruises
Larger boats for 20 to 150 people: sunset cruises, skyline cruises and sandbar trips with catering and a bar.
Fishing tournaments
Several charter boats leaving together, with a weigh-in and lunch back at the dock.
Kayak and paddle mornings
Guided group paddles with enough boats and guides for 10 to 40 people.
Food and brewery tours for groups
Private routes through Ybor, downtown or St. Pete, with transport between stops if needed.
Multi-activity days
A morning on the water, lunch and an afternoon walk, scheduled so nobody is rushed.
Transportation
Vans and buses from hotels or the office to the dock and back.
How planning works
- Send the basics. Date or range, headcount, ages, budget per person and whether anyone needs accessibility help.
- Get a plan. Two or three options with timing, capacity and one all-in price per person.
- Lock the date. A deposit holds the boats and guides. Headcount can usually move a little until a week out.
- Show up. One contact on the day handles the vendors, the timing and the weather call.
What affects the price
- Headcount and the capacity of the boats or vehicles needed.
- Food and bar packages.
- Length of the day and number of activities.
- Weekend and peak-season dates.
- Transportation to and from the dock.
You get the full price, including fuel, gear and fees, before anything is booked.
Group days around Tampa Bay
Conference groups at the Tampa Convention Center are a short walk from the downtown docks, which is why skyline and sunset cruises are the easiest add-on to a meeting agenda. For teams based in Brandon, Wesley Chapel or Westchase, the drive to a St. Pete or Apollo Beach marina is 30 to 45 minutes, and a van pickup keeps the group together. The dry season from November through April has the most reliable weather for a date you can't move.
Common questions
How big a group can you handle?
From a boat for six to a cruise for 150, and walking or paddle groups in between. Larger groups are split across boats or guides with the same schedule.
Can you invoice the company?
Yes. Corporate bookings can be invoiced with a deposit and balance, and you get a single receipt.
What if it rains on our date?
You get a weather plan when you book: an indoor option, a rain date or a refund of the on-water portion if the captain cancels.
Do you handle food?
Yes. Catering on boats, lunch at a waterfront restaurant or food built into the tour, priced into the plan.
