Tampa Bay Tour Co. arranges tours and experiences across Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater. When you call or send a request, it goes to a local operator whose guides and captains run the trips, who confirms the date, tells you the full price and meets you at the dock or the corner.
How we work
Price before booking
The quote includes fuel, gear, tasting fees and tax. If something isn't included, it's listed.
Weather is the captain's call
Wind and lightning cancel trips; a gray sky doesn't. A cancelled trip is rebooked or refunded.
Right-sized groups
You're told the boat's passenger limit and the walking tour's group size up front, so nobody is left on the dock.
What to bring, in writing
Meeting point, departure time, parking, sunscreen, shoes and food are all spelled out in the confirmation.
Captains and operators
On-water trips are operated by licensed captains and insured local operators. A captain who carries paying passengers on the water holds a U.S. Coast Guard credential, and a vessel carrying more than six passengers has to be Coast Guard inspected. Walking, food and brewery tours aren't state-licensed trades in Florida, so for those we look for insured operators with guides who live here.
